Abstract

O objetivo desta revisão integrativa foi identificar as evidências disponíveis na literatura sobre a relação entre os construtos qualidade de vida no trabalho e engajamento no trabalho. A maioria dos estudos revisados indicaram correlações positivas, variando de fracas a fortes, com predominância das positivas moderadas entre os escores gerais e domínios/dimensões dos dois construtos, contudo, houve uma exceção em que não foi verificada a existência de correlação positiva.
